Dear Angela, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. It's fantastic to hear that you found our beds comfortable and enjoyed the skypool - it's definitely one of the highlights up in the clouds! We're also thrilled that our team made a great impression; they're the heart of our hotel. Regarding your comment about the room's soundproofing, it's a bummer that it played a bit of a spoilsport. While our modern design usually hits the right note, it seems we may have hit a flat note there. We'll look into this symphony of sounds and see how we can better orchestrate a peaceful experience.
