Wir hatten ein zeavola Bungalow gebucht aber wir wurden leider nicht über die Baustelle hinter uns informiert.Unser Zimmer war sehr toll und auch der Pool war vor der Tür aber der Baulärm störte uns sehr.
Das Zimmer ist modern aber im Schrank wohnen die Mücken.
Das Frühstück war nicht empfehlenswert und daher waren wir sehr enttäuscht, weil wir von dem guten Frühstück gelesen hatten. Es gab nichtmal Tee, die Wurst und der Käse waren ungekühlt. Da ich schon mehrfach in Thailand war, kann ich dieses beurteilen.
Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und/oder herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns beschwert wegen des Baulärms und leider wurde für uns keine passende Lösung gefunden und wir haben das Hotel gewechselt.

Dear Basti, Thank you very much again for your 2nd reviews and comments. First of all, I would like to repeat to your understanding for the renovation or construction again. We did inform your agent clearly since last Quarter of 2023. The agent accepted to us that their mistaken for the error information. Secondly, when you arrived the hotel you booked Deluxe Bangalow which not close to beach. However, you asked our staff that your room was close to the beach. On the next day, you contacted the Representative to complaints for the noise of construction that you heard from the pool. There was no any noise in the room. We offered pass the Representative that we have another room away and far away more. We received the message you refused to move and need only the room in front of the beach. The representative tried to find the solution to compensate you. You need All Inclusive Package for food and beverage for entire stay. And also need the room with Pool Villa if couldn't get the meal. Then, on the 3rd day, the representative found another hotel to relocate. Upon checking out, you refused to pay the extra expenses, we couldn't accept for the inconvenience. We did ask the agent to support. However, they didn't accept to compensate it because they paid for new hotel for relocation. About the breakfast, it was complimentary with room rate, by the way we will pass to the concerned for this comments.
