Aus DeutschlandDie Anlage war in sehrgutem und gepflegten Zustand. Leider wurde der im Prospekt angegebene Strand von Unwettern im August/ September weggespült und war dadurch nicht nutzbar. Die Preise für die Getränke waren zu hoch!!! ( Oberes Münchener Niveau)

Dear Dietmar, Thank you for choosing our hotel as your holiday venue, and we are delighted to know that you had an overall pleasant experience! You are correct that due to weather conditions, part of our central beach has minimized. At the moment, we are reconsidering our approach to fight the beach erosion, but this process takes time and as you may know, it is difficult to fight nature. In the meantime, we have extended the two beaches on each side of our central beach to provide our guests with a pleasant beach experience, nonetheless. We regret to hear that you found our prices too high. We are a 5* hotel with equivalent quality and prices. Also, and due to the global economic instability and increase of prices, we were forced to increase ours as well. We absorbed most of the costs ourselves, but a small part had to be borne by our guests.
