Das Hotel ist super aber die Animation könnte verbessert werden, wir haben wenig von den angebotenen Aktionen mitbekommen. Wir haben keine Animateure gesehen ausser bei der Aqua Gym. Wir hätten uns sehr gewünscht das Animation an jedem Poolbereich oder Strandbereich gewesen wären. Ich habe noch nie so wenig Animation gesehen wie in diesen 12 Tagen, auch das Abendprogramm fanden wir sehr flach und wenig ansprechend für eine Familie mit großen Kindern Teenagern, vor allem weil es drumherum um das Hotel auch wenig bis garnichts gab. Wir haben uns dennoch gut erholt und das Beste aus der Zeit gemacht.

Dear Corry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you found our hotel to be very good overall and that you enjoyed our gastronomy and service. Regarding the entertainment, Neptune Luxury Resort does not advertise itself as a high-energy or party focused destination, nor are we a club hotel. We make a conscious effort to create an atmosphere of relaxation with the right touch of soft entertainment, and we clearly communicate this information in all our descriptions. Our resort offers a wide variety of daily activities—approximately 80 per week—running throughout the day. This information is readily available throughout the hotel and on our Neptune App; we do not actively go around the pools making sure to involve the guests in these activities. As for the evening hours, our offerings include live music at the Lobby Bar five nights a week and a diverse program of shows at the open-air Apollon Theatre four times a week, featuring acrobatic performances and musicals such as Mamma Mia, Bohemian Rhapsody and The Lion King. Most of our guests value and enjoy this balance of elegance and variety in the evening program. We are sorry to hear it didn’t quite meet your expectations, though we fully understand that personal preferences may vary.
