We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the spacious and well-maintained grounds, the resort’s thoughtful layout, the variety of pools, the clean and modern rooms, and our friendly team. Regarding the pricing at our à la carte restaurants, we believe they are appropriate considering the hotel category and the quality of services we provide. We regret that you do not share our perspective. For your information, only additional side dishes ordered at Umami incur an extra charge. We were disappointed by your comments concerning the additional costs. We clearly outline this information in all our descriptions, and we regret that you may have overlooked it. Notably, many of our sports facilities and daily activities such as the Fitness Centre, beach volleyball, water aerobics, archery, and more are offered free of charge.
