Aus DeutschlandDer Urlaub war sehr langweilig und die wenigen sportmöglichkeiten waren sehr begrenzt, mitten am Tag und kostenpflichtig. Das Sinningrat ist auch 20 Jahre alt und es gab insgesamt 4 Räder, vermutlich waren die anderen bereits kaputt. Für die Anlage und die Möglichkeiten sehr traurig. Für Familien ggf. Mehr zu empfehlen aber als Single und Alleinreisende definitiv die falsche Adresse. Die “Shows” sind auch sehr rar und die Piano und Jazz Musik ist eher was für Dinnerbegleitung aber kein Pep oder Show Charakter . Einfach langweilig. Die Restaurants sind alle sehr Moeern ausgestattet? Essen soweit ok, Getränke kosten soviel wie das Essen ind sind sehr lieblos gewesen - mein alkoholfreier Cocktail war ein bisschen Sagt, viel Eiswürfel und eine harte Ananas als Deko. Auf meinem Zimmer gab es Ameisen, der Kühle CH Rank ist wohl aus den 60ern und Mega laut- sodass ich bei Bescheerdeneinen aus den 70ern bekommen habe, der ebenso sehr laut war- ich habe dann den Stecker nachts gezogen. Zudem roch das Zimmer bisschen modrig, war Terrassen bzw Ebenerdig. Alles in einem außen Hui, innen pfui - mit einem guten Hotelmanager, der für Stimmung und verbesserungsmaßnahken im Bereich Guest Relation sorgt kann das Hotel vielleicht mal 5 Sterne erreichen- aktuell eher 3 Sterne Niveau.

Please note that we offer an extensive range of both free and paid sports options throughout the day, ensuring there's always something active for everyone. It’s worth mentioning that many of our sports facilities and activities, such as the Fitness Centre, over half of the fitness courses, water aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo, and more, are available to our guests at no extra cost. Additionally, we also offer free trial lessons in surfing, archery and tennis. Regarding the spinning bicycles, they are very well-maintained and in excellent condition. However, should any technical faults occur during hotel operations, which can happen, they are always resolved promptly. Regarding your note on the quiet atmosphere in the evening hours, we would like to mention that Neptune does not advertise itself as a nightlife destination, and we make a conscious effort to create an atmosphere of relaxation with the right touch of soft entertainment. Our offerings include live music at the Lobby Bar five nights a week and a diverse program of shows at the open-air Apollon Theatre four times a week, featuring acrobatic performances and musicals such as Mamma Mia, Bohemian Rhapsody and The Lion King. Most of our guests value and enjoy this balance of elegance and variety in the evening program. We are sorry to hear it didn’t quite meet your expectations, though we fully understand that personal preferences may vary. We offer rooms on both the ground and upper floors, and we regret to hear that your room also did not meet expectations.
