Dear Margit, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience at our property and that you had a relaxing stay. Moreover, we’re delighted to read that you appreciated the friendliness of our staff, the cleanliness and the facilities we offer in our resort. Pleased that you found the breakfast to be very good and you were satisfied with the food in dinner. However, we regret that you felt the food not be very varied although we would like to believe that our buffet offers a nice selection of quality dishes that cater to all tastes. Nevertheless, we are constantly trying to improve the variety and quality of food items that we offer and have taken note of your remarks. Regarding your comment about the rooms in the main building, we wish to advise you that we are in the middle of a renovation project and we will be upgrading our remaining rooms soon; when they are finished, we hope all of the rooms will meet your highest expectations.
