Dear Jonas, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Neptune Hotels. Our guests' comfort and satisfaction is very important to us and for this reason we regret to read that you found our staff not to be as cooperative and flexible as you expected. For the convenience of our guests, we offer a variety of amenities and services in order for their vacation to go as smoothly as possible. It is in this regard that Neptune Hotels offered you, free of charge, a baby stroller to facilitate your stay. Unfortunately, you informed us that during your visit to Kos town, the provided stroller disappeared from the area you had left it or it was stolen. The cost to replace the one-year-old baby stroller and buy a new one was € 60,00. We requested from you to pay only € 30,00, which we believed was a very reasonable solution. Therefore, we find your critic that we did not find an appropriate solution unfair, and we regret that you based the review of your stay solely on this occurrence.
