We understand your desire for more local cuisine, although we are surprised to hear that you didn't seem to have noticed the combination of local and international cuisine that we offer, as many of our guests have mentioned this in their reviews. We also have a dedicated taverna serving authentic Greek cuisine for those who wish to explore further local flavours. Regarding tap water, it is common practice in many island destinations, including ours, that tap water is not recommended for drinking, but after boiling it can be made drinkable and used for your tea or coffee. In addition, as a gesture of hospitality, we provide a complimentary bottle of water in each room on arrival. Additional bottles are available for purchase in our mini-market for the convenience of our guests. We appreciate your feedback, and it helps us to continuously improve our offerings.
