Das Essen ist kalt und hat kein Fünfsterneniveau: An Fleisch gibt es nur Schwein,Huhn und Gyros. Ein einziges Mal wurde Chateaubriand angeboten in hauchdünnen Scheiben wie Aufschnitt. Saucen gibt es ganz selten, und dann werden sie mit dem Teelöffel abgemessen. Pizza gibt es gar nicht, täglich gibt es die gleichen 3 Nudelsaucen. Das Essen ist wenig abwechslungsreich und lieblos. Im italienischen Bezahlrestaurant wird Wein nur flaschenweise angeboten. Frischer Orangensaft zum Frühstück wird mit 4,50 Euro extra berechnet. Die Getränkepreise sind heftig.

Dear Claudia, Many thanks for your feedback of your recent stay at Neptune Hotels. Whilst we were pleased to learn that you had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the pools, as well as the luxurious loungers and you appreciated our premium location and the great beach, we were surprised and somehow disappointed by the title of your review since most of your experiences of your stay were positive. We would like to believe that our buffet offers a varied selection of quality dishes that cater to all tastes and regret that you were not completely satisfied in this respect. For example, every Monday & Friday we offer traditional and authentic Greek pasta recipes such as 'Skioufihta' with Apaki cheese, 'Aftoudia' with braised chicken & porcini mushrooms, 'Flomaria' in tomato and ouzo sauce with fresh aromatic herbs and prawns, and many more. Daily, our menu includes beef, chicken and pork in various recipes. If you crave fish, we daily offer fresh fish carved at the buffet and served, as well as grilled fish. Concerning the pasta, we offer every day 3 different pasta types with basic sauces, such as Napoli and Bolognese and 8 different ingredients, such as pesto, mushrooms, feta cheese, pepperoncino sausage, bacon, peppers and vegetables to make your own meal. We are also surprised by your comment with regard to the wine at the Osteria as we do offer wine by the glass. Nonetheless, we are more than convinced our Executive Chef would have addressed all of your issues should you had informed him of at the time you were here.
