Eigentlich eine tolle Gesamtanlage, sehr schön angelegt, weswegen wir schon mehrmals dort waren. Essen immer gut und vielfältig. Aber alle unrenovierten Zimmer haben höchstens 2 bis 3 Sterne Niveau. Dusch-/Badesituation zu beengt; wiederkehrende üble Gerüche über Siphon, laute Klimaanlagen. Deshalb haben nur hohe Zimmerkategorieren ein 5 Sterne Niveau. Aber auch da gibt es zum Teil Unzufriedenheit (üble Gerüche auch an ein paar Stellen der Anlage). Altkunden und Kunden hoher Zimmerkategorien werden teilweise zu auffällig bevorzugt bedient, was im Speisesaal zu absurden Situationen führen kann. Einzelne Sportprogramme, deren Teilnahme vor einem Jahr inkludiert waren (z.B. Yoga), kosten nun 5 Euro je Teilnahme. Das ist nicht wirklich 5 Sterne Niveau. Der Strand benötigt wieder ein paar Lastwagenladungen Sand um als solcher bezeichnet zu werden. Hier muss das Management aufpassen nicht zu viele Altkunden zu vergrämen. Meiner Meinung nach klare Managementfehler: Man spart am falschen Ende und ruht sich auf guten Bewertungen aus, verliert aber insgesamt an Niveau.

Whilst we're pleased to hear that you have stayed with us several times and that you consider our resort a great system overall, it is disappointing reading your harsh criticisms. Concerning your comments about the standard rooms, we are very sorry to hear that they aren't up to your expectations. Our photos give a real flavour of how these rooms look like and in our descriptions is crystal clear that this room category is not renovated in comparison to the big majority of the other room types that are newly renovated. Our guests who may not be satisfied with the levels of convenience of a standard room, may choose the one most suited to their requirements. Moreover, our cleaning policies play an important role in maintaining a positive experience. If you have felt that the room was not cleaned up to your expectations, extra cleaning can be conducted additionally at the guest’s request, and we only hope you have shared this with the reception to get your room cleaned as much as you liked. Likewise, we very much hope you shared any issues regarding mechanical faults or other concerns with the team, which are always on hand, and would have happily assisted with any needed adjustments, had we been aware. With regard to your comment about the beach, please know that it is one of the focal points of our Resort where many guests are enjoying the clean waters of the sea, as well as the various services and facilities we offer. Shores are by nature unstable, and although we are investing heavily on a yearly basis to keep our beach in good condition, sometimes they are affected by strong winds. The disappearing and reappearing of sand after a while, is a process that happens in coastal areas regularly, and guests who have repeatedly visited us like yourself know very well that the levels of sand are not always stable. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that our beach is one of the 581 beaches in Greece that is awarded with the blue flag. The Management re-invests huge amounts of money in the Resort on a yearly basis to keep the hotel up to the highest standards, and it is appreciated greatly from our repeater guests.
