We are very happy that we were able to offer you a great holiday experience and that you especially enjoyed the food and the sports so much. Although your remark about the room you stayed in is well noted, we would like to mention that our hotel offers 12 room types and most of them are renovated. Thus, it is pity when you booked your stay with us you did not choose a more renovated room to suit perfectly to your requirements. On our website we give a real flavour of all our rooms through our photos, 3D Tours and descriptions, so no-one is surprised or disappointed on arrival. However, we would like to inform you that we are in the middle of a renovation project, and we hope that upon completion all our rooms will exceed your expectations.
