Dear Tom, Thank you for the feedback and for staying with us. It is a pleasure to know that overall, your experience was positive and that you found the hotel area nice and clean. However, we regret that your room experience did not match your expectations, although we do have varying room types, and our team are always ready to help our guests find the one most suited to their requirements. The specific room category you booked is not renovated yet, in comparison to the big majority of our rooms, as we clearly indicate on our website, and the booking channels, but of course it is bookable with a corresponding price. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about our current renovations; Most of our standard/family rooms are getting renovated as we speak, and will be ready for next season.
