Dear Maria, Thank you for your feedback. It is our constant endeavor to deliver the desired expectation and we regret to read your stay with us fell short of your expectation. We are proud of the high level of personal service we offer, and it is disappointing to read that we did not meet your satisfaction in this regard, although the majority of the reviews we get from other guests for our high standards and quality service are very positive. Regarding your comment about the prices, please take also into your consideration that we are a 5-star hotel, which is not all inclusive. We assure you that our prices reflect our quality and are comparable to similar properties of same class categorisation in the area and we feel we provide good value given the extensive facilities we offer. Also, and due to the worldwide economic challenges we are all facing, we were forced to increase our prices, despite that we absorbed the majority of the increases and passed just a fraction to our guests. However, we do try very hard to keep our prices competitive despite the crisis we are all facing and regret that we did not meet your satisfaction in this regard.
