Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr weitläufig. Schon um 10 Uhr gibt es am Strand quasi keine Liegen/Sonnenschirme, da sehr viele stundenlang reserviert sind, obwohl das Hotel damit wirbt, dass das Reservieren nicht erlaubt ist!!!!!
Doppelzimmer Twin Deluxe neu renoviert, allerdings insgesamt relativ klein. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, großes Bad, viele Schränke und Schubladen. Guter Roomservice und bequeme Betten. Zimmerupgrade gegen hohe Gebühr möglich.
Getränke überteuert. 9 € für 150 ml Wein, 4 € für Espresso. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück vorhanden, frisch zubereitet. Strandbar mit schöner Aussicht, kleine Mahlzeiten und Snacks können an den Strand bestellt werden. Abendessen in den Themenrestaurants gut.
Sehr zuvorkommend, Servicekräfte sehr aufmerksam. Rezeption könnte herzlicher sein, auf Beschwerdewunsch wurde zeitverzögert reagiert.
Kurzer Transfer vom Flughafen, zentrale Lage auf der Insel, relativ schnelle Anbindung an Hauptstraße. Strandabschnitt bei Surfstation besteht aus einer Reihe Liegestühle, Strand wurde fast vollständig weggespült. Der andere Hotelstrand besteht aus vier Reihen, eng aufeinander. Viele Liegemöglichkeiten auf den Wiesen und an den Pools.

Fitnessangebote/Kurse müssen teilweise bezahlt werden (z.B. Yoga). Kostenloses, sehr gut gepflegtes Fitnessstudio, Basketballplatz etc. Viele Pools, alle sehr schön, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt. Pools sind verteilt in der Anlage.

We are happy to learn that you remained satisfied from our facilities and that you found our hotel to be clean, very spacious, and well-maintained. It is also a great pleasure to hear that you found our staff to be very courteous and attentive. However, we regret that you were not fully satisfied with our front-desk team. Usually, they are very friendly and professional, and would never hesitate to go the extra mile for our guests and we are extremely sorry that we did not meet the standards expected on this occasion. Concerning the drinks prices, and although we value your remarks, we assure you that they reflect our quality, and we hope you appreciate the value of our service in terms of variety, quality, customer experience, and personal service. Please take also into your consideration that we are a 5-star hotel, which is not all inclusive. However, we do try very hard to keep our prices competitive despite the crisis we are all facing, and regret that we did not meet your satisfaction in this regard. Moreover, we understand that you were not fully satisfied with our beach, especially if you have experienced it a few years ago. Unfortunately, beaches are by nature unstable. Although we are doing our best to retain the sand with the use of wave breakers, still the wind has taken enough sand from our beach. The disappearing of sand from beaches and reappearing after a while is a process that happens in coastal seas regularly, and we hope the wind will bring back the sand, as it happens in many other places. Regarding your comment about the reservation of loungers, and although our hotel has more loungers available in its pools & the beach than the maximum number of guests staying in the resort, all our guests are kindly requested not to leave clothing or items on sun beds. In order to secure sun bed availability for everyone, our staff is removing all personal belongings that are found unattended and we ask that everyone acts in accordance with the hotel's policies to help us achieve this goal.
