Dear Elenore, Although we are very surprised about the indicated, we would like to thank you for your feedback. Our hotel is widely known and awarded for the sincere hospitality and friendliness of its personnel, and therefore it is very disappointing that we were not able to convince you in this matter and provide you with the Greek hospitality you expected. We are aware that food is a matter of taste, but we regret to hear that you did not enjoy it at all, despite that the majority of the reviews we get from other guests are positive, which is a testament to how good the food is. However, we accept your personal opinion. Regarding the reservation of the sunbeds, as it is mentioned in our hotel directory, our mobile application, and at each sunbed, we do not allow any reservation. If someone leaves their sunbed for more than 30 minutes, their belongings will be gathered and safely stored till they return. Our policies play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for everyone using the hotel services and facilities. Therefore, and as we need to curb abuses, we ask that everyone abide by the hotel's policies to help us achieve this goal. We do hope for your understanding in this matter. Moreover, we are not sure what you mean with “due to Corona nothing was offered” at Sports & Entertainment. Our Fitness Centre is open as usual, tennis can be played, bike tours are available, surf- and sailing lessons can be followed, shows are offered at the Apollon Theatre and we offer a daily sports program as well. With regard to the Corona rules, our action plan fully complies with the recommendations of Greece's public health organization and have received strong customer endorsement as well. The result of our efforts is proven by numerous awards and positive reviews and we are sorry that you did not recognize the team's effort to meet the standards you expected.
