Regarding your comments on additional charges and beverage prices, we would like to clarify that Neptune operates as a Half Board resort rather than an All-Inclusive one. It is therefore common that certain facilities and activities are not included in the package. We make every effort to outline this clearly in our descriptions, and we regret that this detail may have been overlooked. At the same time, we are pleased to provide many complimentary options such as the Fitness Centre, beach volleyball, water aerobics, basketball, mini football, and archery. As for beverages, we believe our pricing reflects the hotel’s category and the quality of service we strive to provide. We regret that you do not share this perspective.
