Dear Thorsten, We would like to thank you for your kind review and remarks. We always try to listen to what our guests have to say and therefore we highly appreciate your input. As you may know, finding the proper personnel is a challenge at the moment, and we are facing our own challenges in this field as well. Of course, we train our personnel to fit our usual high standards, but it seems that we have not totally achieved that goal. Rest assured that we will continue with our efforts to do so, and hope that you will notice a (positive) change in this regard when you visit us again.
