Dear Ing Mar, Thank you for the positive rating and for staying with us again. We are delighted to note that you had a pleasant experience overall and we are happy to read that you remained satisfied with your room, the cleanliness of the facility and the beautiful pools. We also appreciate your valuable feedback on our food offerings. With regards to the desserts in our buffet, we offer 14 different desserts daily and 15 different fruits; nevertheless, we regret that the variety wasn't up to your expectations, and we have noted your comments in this regard. As for your comment about the beach, please be informed that we clean our shore from algae very often, but as we cannot fight with nature and the sea that is constantly in motion, sometimes the algae is washing up in our beach in high quantities. Our team is always making their best effort to remove it and keep the beach clean from algae.
