Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer, aber sauber und somit noch in Ordnung. allerdings hatten wir ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und wir bekamen lediglich ein normales Doppelzimmer, was mich bei dem Preisunterschied schon sehr ärgert. Lediglich die Lage des Zimmers hat mich darüber hinweg sehen lassen. Trotzdem finde ich so etwas nicht fair.
Essen war sehr gut, etwas landestypisch aber auch immer etwas internationales dabei. Nachspeisen war auch sehr gut. Es gibt ein extra Kinderbüffet.

Regarding your comment about the received room type, we kindly would like to inform you that you should have received the booked twin superior room as we never downgrade our guests; they always receive the booked room type or an up-grade. Maybe your expectations of the twin superior were different and therefore not met? Our twin superior rooms are bigger than the twin rooms (approx. 30m² instead of 25m²), they offer additionally a weight scale, a 32” flat screen TV, a DVD player and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Further they are the same as our twin rooms. We could look into this matter in more detail if you like. In that case, please contact us directly, providing us with your full booking details in order to be more specific.
