Das Hotel und die Zimmer ansich sind sehr schön mit dem Service waren wir nur mäßig zufrieden. Positiv waren die Putzfrau und der Service im Aussenbereich neben den Pool zu bewerten. Negativ das Anstehenden für einen Tisch und am Buffet und das Personal, das insgesamt das Essen am Buffet ausgibt. Der Service im Erwachsenbereich des Restaurants empfanden wir als extrem Trinkgeld orientiert. Unser Flug ging um 18.30 Uhr. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit vorher noch zu duschen. Zweimal an der Rezeption gefragt und einmal im Spa. Auch gegen Bezahlung war nichts machbar. Duschen mit Pfegemittel an den Duschen im Außenbereich ist nicht erlaubt. Kein schöner Abschluss.
Zimmer im Haupthaus 2. Etage mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war toll. Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer 1217 war perfekt. Die Putzfrau war super.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und von guter bis sehr guter Qualität.
insbesondere der Service zum Essen war nicht gut. Alles sehr auf schnelle Abfertigung abgestellt. Der Service am Restaurantteil neben dem Pool war sehr gut. Der im Erwachsenbereich leider nicht. Das Anstehen an der Ausgabe war nervig.
Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Es liegt Abseits. Parken ist kostenlos möglich.

Whilst we are pleased to read that you enjoyed our resort and in general you were satisfied, we are sorry to learn we weren’t able to fully meet your expectations. Although you found the food served at the Main Restaurant to be varied and of good quality, we were not able to convince you with the service. Considering the current Covid situation, we are offering buffets served by staff, following all the hygiene measures to ensure your safety. During the high season, this may lead to small queues, however with short waits. We are sorry if this bothered you. Please be informed that we are forced by the Greek National Health Organization as well as Greek law to abide by strict Covid-19 regulations, which create some challenges in the operation of the Hotel. We always try to make the stay of our guests as comfortable as possible, but these regulations create limitations in our services, and we can only ask for your understanding in these matters. Regarding your comment about the shower, we do offer the possibility to book a room for day-use (against a charge) in order for our guests to change in the privacy of their own room. For those guests who do not want to pay the day-use fee and want to have a shower, we suggest them to use the public showers located near the beach and the pools, and you are correct, without using soap. There is also a departure lounge in the main building that you can use. Again, due to the current Covid regulations, we are not allowed to let our guests use the showers and you can only change here. Once again thank you for your comments; we very much hope that despite the issues reported you were still able to enjoy your holiday and that you would choose to visit us again in the future.
