With interest we read your opinion regarding the offered service/friendliness, as the high majority of our guests have a different opinion regarding this. Moreover, for many years now, our hotel is internationally awarded especially for its service. Possibly you experienced an unintended unfortunate incident and we are sorry for this. Taken into consideration that our hotel accommodates upscale guests that obviously have traveled to other places too besides Neptune Hotels, we may expect that they have also their own experience and opinion regarding food quality, so their rating has value as well. It is with difficulty that we understand your calculation concerning the rates for our drinks, as in all the hotels around the world (in their bars and restaurants) individual portions are served and charged, not liters.
