Dear Michael, Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience. Whilst we are pleased to learn that you found our resort well maintained and quiet, we regret to hear that our standard rooms weren't up to your expectations. The specific room category you booked is not renovated yet, in comparison to the big majority of our rooms, as we clearly indicate on our website as well as all the other booking channels, but of course, it is bookable with a corresponding price as well. Moreover, we always give a real flavour through our photos and descriptions, so no-one is surprised or disappointed on arrival. Guests who may not be satisfied with the level of convenience of a standard room, may choose the one most suited to their requirements. However, we appreciate your comments about aspects of the room that need updating and it is a pleasure to note that we will start implementing upgrades to these rooms next year.
