Das Neptune Luxury Resort ist ein tolles Hotel mit vielen Pools, einem schönen Strand, tollen Zimmer und guten Restaurants.
Das Zimmer sieht sehr modern aus und ist mit indirekter Beleuchtung versehen. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm weich und man kann hier gut schlafen. Auf dem Zimmer befindet sich zudem ein großer Fernseher, ein Bluetooth-Lautsprecher und sogar ein Media-Hub für den Fernseher. Auch das Bad ist groß und bietet viel Platz. Besonders schön ist die Regendusche.
Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig. Ich war zudem in einem der Restaurants essen, bei der Taverna, hier gibt es leckere griechische Spezialitäten, die man a la carte bestellen kann.
Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts einen durchweg sehr guten Service erlebt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und können sogar in den meisten Fällen sehr gutes Deutsch. Besonders schön ist die Möglichkeit, sich Snacks und Getränke über einen QR-Code direkt an den Liegestuhl bringen zu lassen.
Das Hotel ist mit dem Taxi in 15min vom Flughafen Kos erreichbar. Außerhalb des Hotels befindet sich nur ein kleiner Supermarkt. Für Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet sich eine Fahrt in die Stadt Kos an.
