Das Gesamtpaket stimmt einfach. Es fehlt sich an nichts. Für uns war es einer der schönsten Urlaube. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Der neu gestaltete Neppi-Club ist der Hammer, unser Sohn war total happy! Im Neptune bekommt man Erholung, oder Entertainment - jeder, wie er es möchte.
Wir hatten ein renoviertes Deluxe-Zimmer. An sich hübsch und immer sauber, einziger Kritikpunkt: etwas eng. Wir hatten aber auch ein Kind dabei. Kleiner Tipp am Rande: Es lohnt sich trotzdem einen eigenen Föhn mitzunehmen.
Wir waren 14 Tage. Am Abend hat sich die Auswahl häufig wiederholt. Etwas mehr Abwechslung, oder Themenabende, wären wünschenswert. Das ist aber schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-) Die Qualität ist durchweg spitze!
Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein Mietwagen rentiert sich, wenn man mehr von der Insel sehen will. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Kos und die Insel hat wirklich überraschend viel zu bieten. Den Strand direkt am Hotel fanden wir aber alles in allem am besten wegen dem schön feinen Sand, den tollen Liegen, dem klaren Wasser und wegen der Sauberkeit.

During winter 2018-2019 we realized a profound renovation and extension of our Kids Club and the area covers now about 1.400m². The play area as well as the equipment meet all the latest specifications and standards and have all required certificates, making it a safe playing environment for our youngest guests.
