Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude klein und abgewohnt aber sauber. Leider muss man in einer Badewanne duschen. Das Frühstück haben wir als durchschnittlich empfunden, wir hatten schon 4 Sterne Hotels in denen das Frühstück deutlich besser war. Wir haben einmal das Abendbuffet genutzt, 35 Euro pro Person ohne Getränke. Auch das Essen, daß eigentlich war sein müsste war kalt. Das man beim Buffet das Essen nicht heiß bekommt ist mir bewusst, aber zumindest lauwarm sollte man hin bekommen. Wir sind dann ins TamTam essen gegangen, dort bekommt man gutes Essenfür weniger als den halben Preis. Auch den Service haben wir als unter durchschnittlich empfunden. Kein richtiger Empfang, man bezahlt eine Art Kurtaxe für den Aufenthalt in Griechenland und wird dan an ein Tablet geschickt an dem man sich Einchecken muss. Als ich uns einchecken wollte verlangte das Tablet ein Update, mein Versuch die junge Dame an der Rezeption zu Fragen wurde ignoriert, Sie hat bewusst weggesehen und nicht reagiert. Einfach schlecht. Zum Glück konnte ich das update dann umgehen. Das Zimmer steht offiziell ab 15:00 zur Verfügung man wollte aber anrufen wenn es früher fertig ist. Um 14:30 habe ich noch mal nachgefragt, das Zimmer war fertig. Angerufen hatte deswegen aber niemand. Uns wurde leider auch nicht mitgeteilt wo wir uns in der Zwischenzeit umziehen können oder wo man Badetücher tauschen kann.

Whilst we were pleased to learn that you found the hotel complex well maintained, we're very sorry that it seems our concept is not one that you found suitable to your taste. We always strive to do our best to make your experience amazing and we apologise if your stay fell short of your expectation. Please know that we always consider all the feedbacks we get, as we make a systematic and continuous effort to maintain a high level of service. On our website we aim to give a real flavour of what our rooms offer through our photos and descriptions in order our guests to pick the room that suit to their requirements, as we don't want them to be surprised or disappointed on arrival. In this regard, we are very sorry to read that although the shower was deemed to be important aspect of your stay, you have chosen to book a room with a bathtub instead of a shower. As you are aware, we do have varying room types, and our team would have been very happy to find you one better suited to your requirements if you were interested in this and you were willing to pay the difference for the upgrade. As far as the food is concerned, we are sorry to read it was not up to your flavor preference and experience. Moreover, if you felt that the food was not as hot as you wanted, you could ask from our staff to warm it. Nevertheless, considering the limitations of the covid situation, we would like to believe that our buffet offers a varied selection of quality dishes that cater to all tastes and we are pleased that the majority of the reviews we get for our food menus are very positive. We are also disappointed to read that our front desk team didn't meet your expectations because you felt they did not maintain an appropriate eye-contact. However, it would have been much appreciated and helpful if you had shared with them the issue with the tablet by simply asking them to assist you. Moreover, with regard to the check in process, we would like to inform you that the governmental hygiene protocols request the check in to be completed digitally for limited physical contact, and we regret you were not aware of the governmental constraint, which we are obliged to follow. As far as the check-in time, and although we regret for any inconvenience caused, the health and safety protocols defined by the Greek Government oblige all hotels, including ours, to set the check in time for 15:00 hrs., in order to have adequate time to disinfect the rooms and air them out before the next guest goes in. It is true that the strict Covid-19 regulations create challenges and sometimes limitations in the operation of the hotel, and we can only ask for your understanding in these matters. Moreover, we always suggest our Guests to contact our Guest Relation Officer in case they would like to share any concerns or they cannot find information they require. Once again we would like to thank you for your comments and would like to let you know that your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay.
