Dear Ralf, Thanks for sharing your post-stay impressions. We regret to read that, even though you overall enjoyed most of our services, unfortunately not all of our conveniences fully met your expectations. We apologize if you felt that the room you have stayed at fell short of your expectation. The specific room category you booked is not renovated yet, in comparison to the big majority of our rooms, as we clearly indicate on our website as well as all the other booking channels, but of course, it is bookable with a corresponding price as well. Although this room category has not been renovated yet, all rooms are clean and maintained very well. Therefore, we totally disagree with your insinuations about the safety of these rooms. All our rooms comply with international safety standards and each year our hotel and its facilities are checked by certified companies. Regards, Neptune Hotels
