Dear Dennis, Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we are pleased to read in your review that you found our hotel to be great we are disappointed to note that you also spotted some features that were undesirable to you. Our team works hard to ensure every guest has the best experience possible, and we are sorry that it seems we did not manage to meet all of your expectations. Please know that we have noted your comments concerning your room, and although it has been duly noted, we would like to clarify that our hotel offers 12 types of rooms, suites and apartments and most of them are renovated. Thus, it is pity you did not choose a room type to suit your preferences when you made the booking. On our website we give a real flavour of all our rooms through our photos, 3D Tours and descriptions, so no-one is surprised or disappointed on arrival. Further to your comment about the food, we are sorry to learn that you were not entirely satisfied with the food offered and and we regret that you found it not enough. Taking this opportunity we would like to mention that for dinner we offer daily more than 45 different choices including 2 carvings of fresh fish and meat, plus the possibility to create your own pasta, with each day 3 different pasta's and 4 different sauces. The menu changes daily with new options, and the cycle repeats itself after 10 days. We are more than convinced our Executive Chef would have addressed all of your questions should you had informed him. Next time please ask our Chef to walk over with you to the buffet to show you the full daily menu.
