Dear Wolf, thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel after your recent stay with us. We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with our entertainment and sports program and that you liked your room. Regarding the drain of the balconies, kindly note that even though all the measures had been taken in order to be prepared for the extreme weather phenomena that hit our area, the quantity of the rain that fell was so much, that the drain system could not possibly drain it and this was also aggravated by the leaves blown in the wind that clogged the system. When it comes to the dinning and drinking ,we are sorry that you felt our food was expensive especially since yourself noticed how excellent its quality is. We also apologize if we missed to inform you properly about the fact that our theme restaurant Menoa offers a set menu that comes at the price of €40 per person.
