We regret knowing about your experience, as you may check in previous opinions, the staff of the Hotel is generally praised for its kindness and helpfulness. We would have liked to know more about what motivated your opinion during your time in the Hotel as we would have had the chance to act if something was not going right. Housekeeping cleans the rooms in the morning untill 15:00, the housekeeping team is flexible and if the guest has a preference for the room to be cleaned first thing in the morning it can be done but, again, we would have liked to know about this during your time in the Hotel so we have the chance to improve your experience.
