Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Ein Hotel für 60+ da man sich sonst nicht Willkommen fühlt. Personal zum Teil unfreundlich, lange Wartezeit beim Essen. Reinigung in Zimmer merkte man nicht, nicht mal das Bett wurde richtig angezogen. Pool und Liegen nichts spezielles recht altmodisch. Schlechtes Internet, funktionierte nicht im Gym, am Pool, am Strand eigentlich ging es nur im Zimmer und in der Lobby. Am Strand keine Bedienung und auch nicht wie auf den Fotos. Am letzten Tag kam eine Frau, die bei der Lobby am Laptop arbeitete und uns nie begrüsste, und meinte wir sollen das Hotel mit 6 Sternen bewerten?! Einfach unanständig solche Aussagen. Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir froh als der Urlaub in diesem Hotel vorbei war. Ein Positiver Punkt war der Balkon im Zimmer mit Meeraussicht. Das Hotel ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to bring your feedback to our attention. We are concerned to read that you had such a negative experience following your stay with us and we regret to note that you will not be recommending our property to other holidaymakers. Without wishing to be unsympathetic, the hotel has many families and children as guests and cannot understand the comment made about being suitable for 60+ or for feeling unwelcome. Of course, this resort is not an 18-30s property and if this was expected we can only apologize for any dissatisfaction felt. As you may have noticed from other reviewers and in most review websites, the majority of our guests praise the hotel’s cuisine both for the quality and variety of food and feel sorry that we could not meet your expectations on this field. As far as cleaning of rooms is concerned, we feel frustrated by the comment made as nearly all guests award excellent reviews for the cleanliness and usually characterize this resort as spotlessly clean or immaculate. Without wishing to be unsympathetic again, should there is an issue during your stay please be aware that you will need to inform us whilst you are staying with us so as to give us the chance to rectify any issues. Regarding wifi access, we do not seem to have similar feedback apart from the beach area that wifi signal is indeed weak but for the rest of the public areas of the hotel wifi is working as normal. Kindly note wifi is being restricted in the gym area as we feel this facility is for working out. Furthermore, we do not advertise to have a beach bar or service taking place at the hotel’s private beach and again fail to understand the nature of this complaint. Regarding the comment made about myself asking you to rate the hotel as 6* I do not recall speaking to you or as a matter of fact asking other guests to rate the hotel highly. Upon departure, I do ask guests to share their feedback on the review website of their choice as this is standard operational procedure for most hotels nowadays. Overall we feel that there is not a single hotel that can satisfy every single guest but based on the volume of feedback received (both online and via holiday companies), Olympic Palace seems to be doing a great job as the vast majority of the reviews actually praise the hotel for most of the aspects of their holiday.
