Hotel war ok ,aber nochmal würden wir nicht her kommen . Getränke aufs Zimmer gab es nur gegen Aufpreis (1flasche Wasser 1,50€)trotz all inklusive !!!oder man musste sich was in Bechern mitnehmen .
wir hatten ein großes familienzimmer ,das sehr geräumig war mit Balkon . Die Putzfrau hat alles immer schön sauber gemacht .
Essen war meist ok,Geschmäcker sind ja zum Glück verschieden,leider war der Speisesaal meistens überfüllt und man müsste lange anstehen. Es gab ein extra Kinder Buffet ,hier haben sich leider sehr viele Erwachsene bedient ,sodass die besten Sachen wie zB chicken Nuggets direkt weg waren und die Kinder davon nichts mehr abbekommen haben. Einmal hatten wir Schimmel auf dem Käse ,als wir dies beanstandet haben sagte der Kellner es sei kein Schimmel ,sondern extra so -aha
Die Lage ist sehr schön ,Strand wunderbar in manchen Ecken liegt halt Müll herum aber es ist eben kein Deutschland . In der Umgebung sind mehrere kleine Geschäfte ,mit sehr netten Verkäufern !

Einige Animateure waren sehr nett und auch sehr bemüht . Oftmals war es aber sehr laut (Musik )so dass man sich wenig entspannen konnte.

Dear Julia, I am sorry to read that we did not meet all your expectations. Please note all inclusive drinks are served by the glass and bottled water is not advertised in our brochures. Rubish is constantly collected from guests and bagged and removed for disposal by local authorities. August is the busiest month of the year and the hotel was fully booked, this of course will cause a slight que for the restaurant service and we recomend to guests too enter first or later in the service to avoid ques. Childrens buffet has staff present oposite during the service times to make sure the foods are for childrens consumtion only, true you will see many adults at the buffet collecting food and taking to their children sat at the family table. There has been no mould on cheeses as all are prepared fresh daily and some cheeses contain herbs, we strongly believe that this was herbs or cracked black pepper.We have shared your review with the staff as customer feedback is so important to us all.
