Dear Mr. Slawa, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our apologies that you did not enjoy your vacation with us. We would have appreciated a more fair review. During your period of stay, we did not receive any complaints from you on our desk, if you would have communicated your problem with us, be sure we would have solved it all. Even before leaving, you filled for us a good guest comment. We were surprised by your negative reviews everywhere once you left. We reached out for you and then you explained to us the situation. Our main priority is our guests satisfaction. We only ask for your communication and all problems (if there are any) will be solved immediately. Yes, during your stay we had low occupancy, but we never cut on any services. All services were available and this is apparent from other good reviews. On the contrary, despite the low occupancy and the low rates, we do our best to provide a good service. Reviews like yours harms very much a small family resort like ours.
