Wir sind aktuell noch im Onatti Beach Resort und leider sehr unzufrieden. Das Essen ist von schlechter Qualität, die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Obwohl wir zu dritt sind, haben wir nur ein Doppelzimmer bekommen, in das einfach ein zusätzliches Bett gestellt wurde – sehr beengt. WLAN gibt es nur in der Lobby, dort gibt es nicht einmal eine Klimaanlage – es ist extrem stickig und heiß. Zudem ist das WLAN sehr schwach und man muss auch noch extra dafür bezahlen, was wirklich eine Frechheit ist. Auch die Organisation lässt zu wünschen übrig (z. B. Bar öffnet verspätet bzw. ist nicht besetzt). Insgesamt hatten wir uns den Aufenthalt definitiv anders vorgestellt.

We just want to clarify that we are a budget hotel, so managing the expectations is very important. We are a small cosy hotel, with old nubian style, all our room bathrooms just got renovated, if you had a problem with the cleaning you could have informed our hotel manager and he would have taken immediate action. All of our rooms info is available on our website and our factsheet. We did not change the room size which you booked on nor the beds setting. We only offer free wifi in the lobby, pool and beach areas. The wifi is on 4G network, sometimes there could be a problem with the network from the provider, it is out of our hands. We also provide small mifi devices if you need internet in your room (this is extra charge: also stated in our factsheet).
