Dear Mr. Anton, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We will answer below each one of the mentioned complain points: - For the room part: our bed mattresses are the highest quality and no one complained from the quality of sleep. - For the service part: as you said, we are always trying to improve everyday. But for the current time, it matches the price you are paying. - For the food part: our open buffet is more than fine we did not receive any complains during your stay as you can see from other reviews at the same period of stay. As per our all inclusive formula, the wine is only served during the dinner, we choose to serve high quality wine. - Sports and entertainment: If you did not use it then why did you rate it as a one star? your review is clearly not fair. - The hotel is not old, it is built on a modern nubian style, the furniture and decorations are meant old. You could always check our website before booking your stay if you want to book an authentic hotel or not. On the other hand, we serve Stella beer, which is the highest beer brand in Egypt, sometimes the stock runs out and gets filled in 20 mins maximum.
