Wo kommen die guten Bewertungen her?? Haben aufgrund dieser gebucht. Keine Animation, Essen Katastrophe und keine kalten Getränke im Juli?!? Anlage ist schon schön aber eben alles schlecht organisiert und falsch aufgemacht, ist einfach kein Hotel für Urlaub.
Ältere Zimmer und völlig abgewohnt, immer was defekt, Wasserhahn ständig läuft, warmes Wasser gibt es überhaupt nicht ist im Juli auch egal. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht.
Eine komplette Katastrophe, es fehlt permanent immer etwas aber ist auch verständlich wenn die Strandbar nur eine Flasche Cola hat. Eiswürfel leer, Becher leer, Sprite leer…immer etwas „finish“. Das Essen egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abend keine Auswahl. Fleisch eine Sorte, Beilagen zwei, Koch am Grill raucht nebenbei und allen ist alles scheissegal.

Dear Mr. Matze, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our apologies that you did not enjoy your vacation with us. We tried our best to satisfy you during your stay and we offered you free a la carte dinner. Before leaving our resort, you informed us that everything is fine and you were satisfied. Nonetheless, our resort, rooms and furniture are meant to look old to portray the old nubian culture. You can always check the pictures from our website and social media channels before booking the hotel. We had some paint works in one of the building facade and it is already done and the curtain is removed. Also, we have new changes in management and soon re-branding.
