Dear Andreas, we are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The features you are complaining about are actually clearly explained in our booking conditions and descriptions. Towels are not included in the rate as mentioned in every description of our property, as well as daily maid service or change of bedlinen. All this services are upon request and upon extra charge. Our property is a complex of self catering apartments and we do not provide Hotel services. We hope that you will keep a good memory of Sardinia and Palau as well.
