Die Infrastruktur und das Essen sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Der Service ist auf jeden Fall das größte Manko des Hotels. Mit der dafür vorgesehenen App Getränke an die Liege zu bestellen kann man vergessen. Auch nach 10 maligen bestellen sind keine Getränke angekommen . In diesem 5 Sterne Hotel muss man die Getränke alle selber holen. Service ist einfach nicht vorhanden! Besteck muss zusammengesucht werden und die Cocktails sind immer anders. Mal stark, mal schwach manchmal im Weinglas und manchmal im Cocktailglas. Von Erholung weit weg. Wer gerne schöne Bilder für Instagram und co. haben will, go for it.
