Dear our guests, Best greetings from panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna Thank you for staying at our hotel and for your valuable time to review our hotel, we hope that you had an enjoyable holiday and we apology for not meeting your expectations Regarding the review you are talking about renovation and that we are doing now as we finished many targets and do our best to complete our plan in order to keep the highest quality for our respected guests At the first day you mentioned a room change and the hotel offered more than one room to make your decision easier and faster and they arranged what you are looking for and we also offered a free upgrade to a higher category but it was not accepted from your side The Dive Connection is a part of the hotel and we consider them as a main partner so when you like it we feel pleased of our partners as well We accept all negative reviews with full respect but this review is partially unfair as you mentioned that the only positive is the location with not mentioning the hotel staff and the facilities as we have two beaches you may not use them, we have three bars and a restaurant, we have a friendly team as many guests guaranteed and more.., At the same time of the stay of your esteemed group of 16 persons we did not get any complaints except this one, with full respect we accept and that is normal average that the majority are satisfied but again we are sorry for not meeting your expectations We take the comments of our esteemed guests seriously and handle it with respect and hope that you have enjoyable holidays every time at our hotel Best regards
