Dear our guests, Best greetings from Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna Thank you for your review, we hope that you had an enjoyable holiday at our hotel You are talking about a dream, we would like to make your holiday actually enjoyable and comfortable First of all we are sorry for not meeting your expectations Actually we updated a lot at the hotel and still some thing to do and to keep our hotel always new and good, we renewed many rooms, added new room category as the deluxe family rooms and the deluxe suites, a new pool will be open soon, improved the view of many rooms, some upgrade for the hotel entrance, renewed some bungalows, ...etc. Regarding the food we changed the menus of the buffet last week, we offer a la carte menu at Zeytouna beach and a sea food menu at extra charge and you should combine the hotel share from the room rate to the quality and the variety as these times mostly we sell our hotel by promotional rates, but actually we offer varied food every day and in a good quality We are achieving an ambitious plan to update and upgrade our hotel and in order to meet our guests expectations as well We thank you for this review and hope to see you again and wish that we can meet your expectations Best regards
