Dear guests, Best greetings from Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna Thank you for your review, we accept any kind of review with pleasure We would like to inform our respected visitors of Holiday Check about the following: The region of Red Sea is a desert (geographic wise) and regularly with no rains for many years- just few times every many years and it was complete 14 years without any rains and most of the resort have been designed without rains criteria, but what happened during the stay is a force majeure and was heavy rains for one day and it was a kind of emergency at all hotels, it was unusual, they arrived at the evening and it was no electricity for safety wise, in difficult conditions like that we were not able to offer the dinner at the restaurant and we offered dinner boxes for all guests, mostly accepted and the majority of the guests thanked the team for their efforts as they saw everything and were helpful and cooperated, we agree that it was different night If you talk about the high price, the hotel share from that is not much, and by the second day we got your complaint and according offered a free upgrade to suit bungalow and that costs us a lot and you mentioned that it was no compensation and that is not true and unfair Your new room has been checked before your change and it was clean and in a good condition and you accepted it Top Hotel Award is for most popular hotels and is not for deluxe or expensive hotels, our hotel have been awarded as a result of the outstanding number of the satisfied guests Your talking about the cleanliness and the hygiene is untrue as since many years we have no illness case and it was untrue and unfair Regarding the food we offer a wide variety of food and drinks exceeds what we get of money in order to keep our guests satisfaction, now we have more variety than before Our renovation plan will cover the whole hotel soon as we finished a lot (rooms-pools-…etc.) and still some to do, every time we improve Regarding the ice cream we did not mention everywhere that we offer ice cream, and regarding the fresh fruits we offer it every day at the buffet according to seasonality The beach is not bad as mentioned as this beach is for 6 or 7 hotels in El Gouna and we have our part over there If you are talking about waste of money we would like to inform that you stayed for two weeks without any complaint after the first night and without change to another hotel, which means you were satisfied and it was no problem to complete two weeks Regarding the pictures we do not know the condition and the time of it and if it true or not With full respect to you we see that the review is unfair, it was the first night only not good and everything was normal from the second night We invite our valued guests and visitors to think positively in order to have enjoyable holiday We apology for not meeting your expectations Best regards
