Ich weiß nicht , wie man mit diesem Hotel auf 91 % Wiederempfehlung kommen kann . Dieses Hotel ist total abgewohnt . Speisen und Getränke ..... , na ja . Man verhungert nicht . Ich kann es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen . Habe nach 2 Tagen das Hotel gewechselt .

    Dear guests, Best greetings from Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna Regarding this review we consider it as unfair as one day is not enough to evaluate a complete hotel and to enjoy the holiday, some guests are looking only negatively not to enjoy, by communication every thing could be solved as a full team is available to handle any inquiries or requests for our esteemed guests and to make their holidays enjoyable as much as we can, and for sure we accept the negative reviews as not all people are the same We tried to reach to the catalog description of this case but we did not find as sometimes wrong information or missing can lead the guest to a minimum level of expectations and actually can not find so automatically will be disappointed Regarding our recommendation percentage of 91% on the Holiday Check, we can assure that it is real and actual by real guests without any fake review as we reached to that percentage by many improvements, friendly service, a huge number of repeated and regular guests from everywhere and many efforts we do every time to our respected guests We will talk about a fact, we got during the whole season only two rooms by this travel agent, both of the two rooms reviewed our hotel negatively so you must feel some thing wrong and as mentioned before that we did not any info on the web site to check the product they sell Another very important point we can mention that how much they paid to the hotel as we can not ignore the equation of quality/price and still we keep a good quality although the low rates(most of the times with no profit or a very few profit) as all of you know about the situation in Egypt regarding the promotions to enable the travel agents, flights and all partners to on going When they changed the hotel informed that they are looking for bigger hotel with more facilities and did not talk about any complaint or missing at the hotel We invite all of our guests with full respect to think positively as they can enjoy more than thinking negatively and looking always for the missing and the negative of the holiday, every where are a team to handle for your holiday and is only for you Best regards
