Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Möbel in Ordnung allerdings alt. Die Fahrstühle sind in der „Rush Hour“ eine Katastrophe.

Dear Julia, We appreciate your feedback and we are happy that you chose Panorama Hotel for your stay in Prague. We are very sorry for the long waiting time for the elevators. Unfortunately we were solving a technical-operational problem with one of the elevators, which therefore had to be temporarily taken out of service. That of course extended the waiting time a lot.
