Nettes Hotel am Rand von Prag in einem Gebiet mit vielen Bürokomplexen und Banken. Verbindung in das Stadtzentrum ist vorhanden. Das Gebäude sieht von außen etwas älter aus, wurde aber in Schuss gehalten.
Die Zimmer haben eine mittlere Größe, wirken aber z.T. wenig modern bzgl des Mobiliars. Dennoch waren die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Das Frühstück war leider weniger gut. Das angepriesene amerikanische Frühstück war sehr dürftig und teilweise gingen die Kaffeemaschinen nicht. Aufgrund vieler Hotelgäste wurde kurzerhand ein weiterer Frühstücksraum geöffnet, der aber weder beheizt war noch das gleiche Frühstücksangebot hatte. Somit wurde die geringe Auswahl noch weiter reduziert.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten teilweise lustlos und ohne Motivation. Beim Frühstücken waren sie zeitweise überfordert.
Das Hotel war dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Parkgebühren im Hotel sind ein wenig überteuert. Ins Zentrum von Prag kommt man in wenigen Minuten mit der Metro und von dort kann man alles erkunden. Das Hotelgebäude ist ein Hochhaus und mit Glück bei der Zimmerverteilung hat man einen schönen Überblick über Prag.

Dear Simone, thank you very much for choosing Panorama Hotel Prague for your stay and I am happy to see that you enjoyed maintenance and design of our hotel, comfortable and clean rooms and convenient hotel location close to city center. On the other hand I am sad to see that you found breakfast buffet served in alternative room not to your liking, our reception personnel unmotivated and unprofessional and parking too expensive. Please accept my apology for discomfort caused and please be informed that your comments have been already shared with relevant members of our team in order to further improve quality of our service. You have mentioned that breakfast was served in another room and selection was not the same. Due to high demand of our guests for breakfast we were obliged to open alternative space for serving breakfast but with the same quality and food offer. Parking in our secured garage is provided by private company which is stipulating the price amounted to 20 Euro per one parking day. This price is an average price for hotels located in this area and is even higher in case of hotels situated closer or directly in the city center.
