Das Personal im Hotel war teilweise unfreundlich. Die Klimaanlage der Hotelzimmers war voller Schimmel. Das Essen war jederzeit Kalt. Es gab kaum typisches griechisches Essen und geschmacklich war es eher schlecht. Kaffe gab es auch nur aus Pappbechern. Die abendliche Unterhaltung begann meistens erst 22 Uhr und ging bis in die Nacht, so dass ein erholsamer Schlaf an keinem Tag gegeben war. Das Hotel an sich ist im Bezug auf Pool, trinken und essen, sowie Platzverhältnisse nicht auf die Masse der vergebenen Zimmer bzw. Anzahl der Personen nicht ausgelegt. Die Zeit im Hotel war eher sehr anstrengend als erholsamer Urlaub.
