Service gibt es in diesem Hotel nicht, weder hilft dir jemand bei den Koffern und den check in macht man per app auch selber. 10 Kellner im Restaurant stehen neben einem und quatschen , keiner räumt ab oder fragt mal ob man was trinken möchte! Echt traurige erfahrung
