Die Rezeption sieht sehr vielversprechend aus. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett. Betritt man dann jedoch den Aufzug, dann den Flur und anschließend das Zimmer wird es von Mal zu Mal ernüchternder. Man merkt, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und gegen den "Verfall" nichts unternommen wird. Der Fahrstuhl klappert und der Duschkopf ist komplett verkalkt. Aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Wenn man sich direkt ans Fenster gestellt hat, hatte man das Meer mit einem Auge im Blick, ansonsten eher den Innenhof des Hotels. Aus unserer Matratze kam leider eine Feder heraus und dazu fand ich das Bett sehr sehr hart und für zwei Leute doch sehr schmal.
Insgesamt schlichte Ausstattung (typische Hotelzimmer-Ausstattung). Bett war sehr hart und schmal. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Eher abgelegen, aber gute Anbindung zum Bus (direkt vor dem Hotel) und zur Fähre nach Gozo (5 min. Gehweg).

Dear Susi, Thank you for your stay at Paradise Bay Resort also for your review. We are pleased to know, that you enjoyed our reception lobby area and that you found our staff friendly. It is also great to read, that you enjoyed the location of our hotel, being so close to the islands of Gozo and Comino and the very good public transport service bus, very close to the hotel, enabling our guests to travel and explore the rest of the island. With regards to the issues that you had with your room, did you kindly report these concerns to our Guest Relations desk or Front Office staff? They would have immediately informed the relevant departments concerned. Having said said, we appreciate you, bringing them to our attention. Finally, you comment in your review, that our pool was 'closed' during your stay with us. Our selection of indoor and outdoor pools have been open all through the summer months.
