Der Restaurantchef hat Angestellte vorgeschickt, um mein Anliegen entgegen zu nehmen. Spricht wahrscheinlich auch nur arabisch. Ich habe den Kontakt gesucht. Kein Komentar seinerseits. Unfähige Köche. Zu lange, oder zu kurze Garzeiten und ohne Geschmack. Im Land der Gewürze! Ohne Liebe und Phantasie gekocht.
