Das Hotel wäre schön wenn es nicht ein Massen Tourismus an Russen hätte was sehr mühsam ist . Das Essen ist immer das gleiche und nicht mit liebe gemacht Massen Abfertigung . Die Pools wären cool sind aber alle mega kalt , einfach nur schade

Dear Sandra, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at our hotel. We are sorry that we did not meet all your expectations, concerning our cuisine quality and location of our hotel. Several swimming pools are heated in winter time in the hotel territory and the slides are not heated. The hotel welcomes guests of various nationalities, including the aforementioned Russians also Ukrainians, Poles, Romanians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, English, Germans, Estonians, Lithuanians, Swiss and French guests.
