For all the readers of this false comment: the hotel cannot be blamed for a false theft of luxury shoes valued at € 1,300 (according to client) that aggressively these customers claimed to be paid by the establishment. The hotel did help by telling the client to follow the protocol and go to the police station to report the alleged theft by a maid. Of course they did not go to the police station. We remind this client that false accusations are a crime and the housekeeper is entitled to bring it to justice. We are not going to apologize for false facts, false comments and violent attitudes towards our staff, image and professionalism.
